About these terms
These terms apply to your use of invitarestudio.com and purchases from InvitareStudio (also called Invitare Studio, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our store is hosted on Shopify. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to invitare1@gmail.com or through our contact form.
Using our store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order or the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. You must not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code or interference with the store or other users.
Products and descriptions
Please review each product's description, available options, size, material and care information before ordering. Sticker listings are for physical stickers unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Screen settings, photography and printing may cause small differences in appearance. These descriptions do not remove any applicable rights concerning goods that are defective or not as described.
Prices, currency and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Our store's base currency is Canadian dollars. Confirm the currency, applicable taxes, shipping, discounts and final total at checkout before submitting an order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details through customer-support messages.
Prices, promotions and availability may change for future orders. Discounts apply according to their stated conditions and checkout eligibility. We do not change the agreed price of a completed purchase simply because our prices later change.
Orders and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment confirmation and product availability. If an item is unavailable, we identify a material listing error or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the payment for the cancelled items and any associated charges that must be refunded. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Shipping
Our shipping policy explains processing times, shipping options and delivery estimates. Please check your address carefully. Delivery estimates may be affected by the carrier or customs; they do not exclude rights provided by applicable law.
Returns and refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Stickers are final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise. For other products, voluntary refunds are available for product defects or quality problems reported within 14 days after delivery, subject to the process in that policy. Non-waivable statutory rights continue to apply.
Website content
Product images, branding, text and other website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by us or other rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer rights to reproduce the artwork or branding. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without the relevant permission or a lawful exception.
Privacy and third-party services
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. Payment providers and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites do not make us responsible for their content.
Website availability and consumer rights
We aim to keep product information accurate and the store available, but technical interruptions or errors may occur. Contact us if an error affects your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from exercising mandatory consumer rights.
Updates
We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. The version applicable when you placed an order continues to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
