Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on invitarestudio.com. For purchases made through our Etsy shop, please contact us through Etsy so we can locate and handle the correct order.

Stickers: final sale

Sticker purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for stickers, except where a remedy is required by applicable law. Please review the design, size, material and delivery address before placing your order.

If your sticker order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has another order problem, contact us at invitare1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant so we can review the situation. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Other products: product problems only

For products other than stickers, we accept refund requests only when the product itself has a defect or quality problem. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, personal preference or an incorrect choice made when ordering.

How to request help

Email invitare1@gmail.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, the affected item, a description of the problem and photos where relevant. Please keep the product and packaging while we review your request.

Do not send an item back before receiving our instructions. If we require an approved defective non-sticker product to be returned, we will provide return instructions and cover the necessary return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved defective-product return.

Approved refunds

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. We will confirm the amount and whether a return is needed when resolving your request.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law. The final-sale statement and 14-day voluntary request period do not override those rights.
