Order processing

Sticker orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Other products are normally dispatched within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. An order containing both may require up to 3 business days to dispatch.

Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Choosing an express delivery option does not shorten the preparation time.

Where we ship

We ship to destinations supported by our checkout. Enter your complete delivery address to see the shipping options available for your order. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, contact invitare1@gmail.com before ordering.

Canada

Standard By mail shipping is CA$2.00. The current Express option is CA$12.00 before any eligible shipping discount. The available options and final charges are shown at checkout.

Standard Canadian mail normally takes approximately 7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any service-specific estimates for other shipping methods are shown at checkout where available.

Free shipping

We currently offer an automatic free-shipping discount on eligible orders with a minimum purchase amount of CA$15.00. Eligibility and the final shipping charge are calculated at checkout. The offer applies only where a delivery service is available for your address. Check the order total and any other discounts before paying.

International orders

For destinations outside Canada, available services and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Transit times vary by destination and service. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimated arrival date that is not shown at checkout. Customs processing and carrier delays may affect delivery. Any duties or import charges payable by the recipient are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Delivery details and order problems

Please check your delivery address before completing your order and contact us promptly if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

Tracking is provided where included with the selected shipping service; do not assume ordinary mail includes tracking. If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email invitare1@gmail.com with your order number so we can review it. Carrier estimates do not limit your rights under applicable law.
